Inter-regional Conference on Cybersecurity Confidence Building

On May 27–28 of this year, representatives from the National Institute for Security Studies (NISS) participated in an interregional meeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) member states, co-organized in Ulaanbaatar by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the Cybersecurity Agency of Mongolia.

The interregional meeting aimed to facilitate the exchange of best practices in implementing confidence-building measures (CBMs) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) security and internationally recognized cybersecurity norms, while fostering deeper cooperation between regional organizations.

During the second panel session, "Implementing International Norms: Challenges and Strategies," an NISS expert presented on regional cybersecurity approaches and policy integration.
