The National Institute for Security Studies has signed a “Memorandum of Cooperation” with the National Institute for Strategic Studies of the Kyrgyz Republic

During the state visit of the President of Mongolia, U. Khurelsukh, to the Kyrgyz Republic from July 20 to 23, the National Institute for Security Studies (NISS) established a partnership with the National Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by G. Ganbold, Director of NISS, and Baetov Ayaz Batyrkulovich, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Following the signing ceremony, the two delegation leaders held a bilateral meeting to exchange views on the organization of the "Blue Sky" International Forum—a Central Asian regional cooperation initiative spearheaded by NISS—as well as future collaboration, joint research efforts, and strategic projects between the two institutes.
